Wuthering Waves Fate Cards

(The story is being revised. When this paragraph disappears, the novel will officially start updating.)

“You ask my name? ... It is the name bestowed upon me by fate, the name of my homeland, which I have recalled countless times in my dreams...”

The line of the pen wound round once more, and the scroll of life began to unfold. Beneath that ancient existence, I was a seeker pursuing the ultimate, following the threads of destiny as they twisted around me.

I am the Fated One, a traveler of fate.

A believer in fate, searching for the ultimate in the boundless heavens. Even when golden threads symbolizing destruction entangle my soul, I accept them gladly.

One day, They conveyed Their will to me, commanding me to take on a new appearance, granting me a new surname and wiping away my memories.

I could only embrace it in silence.

When I came to this mortal world, They tasked me with bringing salvation. But that salvation was not for the world. It was for the girl chosen by fate... And so:

“Xi... A young girl’s smile is precious.”

“The waves wait here. Are they lonely... I don’t know. But your vigil... should come to an end.”

Love is the most vicious curse in this world. My love asked for nothing in return, yet it cut deeper than any price. What I gave was love, and also a nail that could never be repaid.

I had long since become an empty shell. How could I still have a heart capable of feeling love?

So please, allow me... to reach out once more and touch that dream beyond my grasp.
