Two years after reuniting, the Straw Hat Pirates are suddenly swept away by an undersea current just after leaving Fish-Man Island. They find themselves trapped in a strange space, whose exit leads to a parallel world of pirates.
A mysterious person tells Luffy, “Every time you make it through an adventure, I’ll release one of your crewmates.”
And so...
In Shells Town, Luffy meets “Tyrant of Freedom” Monkey D. Lufei.
In Orange Town, Zoro meets “Asura Swordswoman” Roronoa Sora. They also encounter the clown girl Baki.
In Syrup Village, Usopp meets “Mind Controller” Usoppia.
At the Baratie, Sanji meets “Man-Ending” Black Leg Sanchi.
As they retrace the voyage through the parallel world from two years ago, the Straw Hat Pirates reunite once more.
During the Paramount War, they battle the gender-swapped Straw Hat crew.
Before they know it, the two pirate worlds begin to merge, and they discover an even greater crisis.
