Oh No, I've Become the Late Emperor's Old Man's Fall Guy

The day Jiang Xuan transmigrated into the body of a prince of Great Zhou, he discovered that his father was a transmigrator too. The old man slapped him on the shoulder and laughed. “Son, you're finally here! I completed my System missions and took a hundred billion in subsidies back to Earth. You can make do with the throne. Oh, and I left you a System to help you rack up achievements! It'll be as fun as you could want!” Jiang Xuan cautiously asked, “What's so fun about being emperor?” “It's as fun as you could want! Just follow the System and do the missions!” And so Jiang Xuan's daily routine became: Attending court to arrest corrupt officials (System: Apprehend Bai Ao before the time limit to receive one five-star worthy minister.) Staying up late to review tax reports (System: Jiangnan's tax revenue exceeds ten million, reward: a consort as beautiful as one of the four great beauties of ancient Earth.) Leading a campaign and getting lost in the Gobi Desert (System: Host detected swearing, withholding the Western Regions map supply pack.) After Jiang Xuan toiled away on the throne for decades and finally became an emperor for the ages, the ultimate mission appeared, driving him to the brink: [Mission: Choose an heir from among your nine princes, and convince him that being emperor is as fun as it could possibly be! (Tip: Choose the wrong heir and you'll die of old age right where you stand ^^)] Jiang Xuan flipped the table and ran to the imperial temple, howling at the portrait of his late father: “You old bastard! You reap the rewards, and I take the blame?” How is being emperor anything like you said it would be?!
