The Story of a Wild Renter

Li Lianjin: In his previous life, he was Li Jing, the Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King. He has a resolute face and deep-set eyes that radiate an innate authority. Though cold on the outside and warm within, and seemingly indifferent to many things, he is deeply loyal and values his bonds with others. When confused, he has a habit of rubbing his earlobe. He works as a taxi driver in the modern world, living an ordinary life while yearning for something extraordinary. His goal is to unravel the mystery of his reincarnation, and the passengers he picks up all have ties to him from past and present lives…

In 2010, he meets four women who have also been reincarnated: Mei, Lan, Zhu, and Ju. They become entangled in the emotional affairs of their present lives.

Together with the immortals of Shu, he vanquishes demons and fights back against the invasion from the demon realm…
