[No overpowered protagonist, no harem, no System, no everyone-falls-for-her setup]
When Hua Ting wakes among the ruins of a terrifying wasteland, her memories are blank. A line is written on her hand: Don't let them know you're different from them.
Unfortunately, the only way she can learn about herself is through the strangers around her.
Seven districts named after the seven deadly sins, disaster gods with scarlet eyes, a strange illness that kills you if you go three days without medication, faceless divine statues, laboratories that use humans as raw materials... Strangely, almost everything seems connected to her in some way, yet the people who know the answers refuse to tell her anything.
To earn enough to support herself, Hua Ting has no choice but to join the Guard Army, which spends its days killing monsters and eerie entities.
And, of course, to find the answers about herself.
Choosing life or choosing death both take courage.
And to live by facing death head-on...
that is the truth of this hell.
[Things to know before reading:
1. The heroine is not an invincible, brilliant all-rounder. Her strength lies in her extraordinary combat ability, but she won't start out mature or clever. She needs room to grow, so don't expect her to begin with unusually advanced thinking or a broad outlook.
2. There may be romance, but it won't take up much of the story, and the heroine won't end up with anyone. (When I first came up with the heroine, I wanted to make her a hopeless romantic and use her story to show that, in a healthy environment, a hopeless romantic can be a lovable person, and that as long as she is strong enough, she can give to the person she loves without hurting herself or those around her. But I worried I wouldn't have the writing skills to pull it off, so I toned down this trait considerably as I wrote.

It's a good read. The writing and plot are both good. I followed it from other platforms. I've been reading the author's wife's articles for nearly two years. I've always liked them. I've been chasing them since I was a kid and now I'm signed. The author's wife is also very nice. Hehe.
Very good looking, highly recommended
