Eerie World: The System Gives Me the Lightning Fist

Alternate title: The Hundred-Year-Old Thunder Venerable

Lin Shouzhuo, a centenarian, died peacefully of old age, yet never reached the underworld. During his transmigration, he was caught in a terrifying storm of energy. Just as his soul was about to scatter, he was bound to a mysterious "Point-Allocation System," stuffed into a decaying coffin, and cast into a desperate world overrun by demons and spirits, where rites and music had fallen into ruin: the final years of the Great Xuan Dynasty, when the bizarre began to return!

He sat bolt upright in the coffin. A suona wailed blood, paper figures peered through windows, and corpse puppets roamed. What awaited him was not the joy of a new life, but the horror of being buried alive and the villagers' blades, sharpened by fear. His body was frail, his life nearly spent, yet he had been bound to the key to supreme power: the orthodox Daoist scripture, the Supreme Purity True Scripture Formula, and the utmost yang thunder art, Lightning Thunderfist.

Source Points came from slaying evil spirits, while allocating points let him break through the barriers between life and death! Exorcising thunder burst from his feeble palms, and immortal golden markings were seared into his withered arms. Vengeful spirits wailed beneath faint arcs of electricity, while corpse puppets crumbled beneath his mighty fists. In this Chinese horror purgatory, filled with paper effigies for ghost weddings and deadly feng shui formations, he faced the custom of live burial, evil spirits in ancestral halls, and wandering ghost soldiers... At a hundred years old, he wielded thunder and struck down demons!

From surviving in a coffin in the Burial Village to crushing the demons and monsters of an entire dynasty, he would ultimately face the ultimate terror of a collapsing underworld. Cultivate by allocating points, and use golden thunder to suppress evil! See how this centenarian elder, in an apocalyptic age when the bizarre has returned, wields thunder as his spear and the True Scripture as his shield, etches golden markings into himself, becomes the Supreme Thunder Venerable, and restores order to a world where yin and yang have been overturned!
