Among Ghosts

Fan Ye, a nineteen-year-old death-row inmate, was thrown into the Ghost Zone to be fed to the ghosts, but became an exception to the rules of horror.

When the human world merged with the eerie realm, survival became a one-way road paved with flesh and blood.

While countless people struggled to survive in the Ghost Zone, he found it simpler than the hypocritical human world: evil spirits would attack you, but they would also kneel and call you king before you cut open their hearts.

His enemies’ names became his grudges. As he picked up the butcher’s blade and prayed, he could no longer tell whether he was human or ghost.

“Lay down your butcher’s knife and become a Buddha? Then who’s going to deal with the man-eating Buddhas?” He gripped the bloodstained eerie artifact, and countless people bowed behind him.

On this broken land, only those who remain clear-headed and calm have the right to define a haven.
