Reborn in 1990: From the Steel Mill to Heavy Industry

Reborn in the early 1990s, when state-owned enterprises were beginning to decline, Chen Wei decided to change everything.

During the darkest days of China's steel industry, Chen Wei brought sunshine, and, more importantly, hope.
