Xi He is immortal and can travel through dreams at will. She can amplify desires and take on any form, beguiling and controlling minds. Without love, emotion, heart, or desire, she is beyond the jurisdiction of Heaven's laws. She wanders the mortal world for her own amusement, peering into the greed and desires of human nature. As she learns about people's emotions and how to become human, she slowly begins to develop a heart. She came into being without any constraints, and so should be able to come and go without a ripple. What does it matter if she has a heart? It cannot control her. She is the one who rules over all.
