Story Synopsis
Crisis in the Celestial Realm: The decline of morality and pollution of the spirit in modern society have formed “turbid qi,” threatening the balance of the Three Realms. The Heavenly Venerable of the Primordial Beginning summons the immortals named on the Investiture of the Gods and decides to send them down to purify the mortal world.
The Immortals Descend: Nezha, Yang Jian, Jiang Ziya, and other immortals assume mortal identities and arrive in modern cities. Each has a unique mission and purifying power, and they begin searching for the source of spiritual pollution.
A Tapestry of Urban Life: Set in Donghai City, the story depicts a modern society consumed by materialism and moral decline, providing a stage for the immortals’ efforts to purify the world.
Nezha’s First Battle: Disguised as a rebellious teenager, Nezha encounters Zhang Hao, a boy consumed by cyberbullying, in an internet cafe. His first attempt to use his purifying power backfires, revealing that the situation is far from simple.
A Mysterious Obstacle: The immortals gradually discover that a mysterious force is manipulating the turbid qi in the mortal world. Their work faces unprecedented challenges, hinting that a greater conspiracy is brewing.
This part of the story focuses on the Celestial Realm discovering the crisis in the mortal world and the decision to send the immortals down, as well as Nezha, the first to take action, making his initial attempt to purify people’s hearts in a modern city.
