In the chaotic final years of the Yuan dynasty, Jiang Zifeng joins the rebel forces. During a great battle against the Yuan army... his memories awaken.
Jiang Zifeng is actually Jiang Ziya reincarnated!
The truth of a thousand years is revealed: the Investiture of the Gods was the Jade Emperor’s plot, and all of Jiang Ziya’s former fellow disciples were suppressed.
To save Nezha, Lei Zhenzi, Huang Tianhua, and Yang Jian, Jiang Zifeng takes up the Whip of the Gods once more.
He traverses the Three Mountains and Five Peaks, stirs up the Dragon Palace, battles the Bull Demon King, and faces the heavenly troops head-on, carving out a bloody path.
He rallies allies at Guanjiangkou and fights the gods in a fierce battle.
Jiang Ziya once again leads the immortals back to the Celestial Court.
And so begins a war between immortals and gods...
