Transmigrate? No, I, Yu Miaoyi, also known as Consort Yu, was born a beauty of troubled times!
Other people transmigrate with a System. I come with top-tier buffs of my own: a face that could topple kingdoms, a voice that lingers for days, and a fiancé who can kill a bull with one punch, Xiang Yu, the Hegemon-King of Western Chu!
I thought I could cling to a war god and lie flat through the chaos at the end of the Qin dynasty. Then I found out:
My fiancé is pure gold: he really can fight, taking an enemy general’s head from among a million soldiers as easily as reaching into a bag!
But he’s also solid as a rock: strategy? Doesn’t exist! His “Auntie” Fan Zeng is so furious he wants to bang his head against a pillar every day.
And there are pitfalls everywhere around him: Xiang Yu’s relatives want to seize power, Liu Bang is sneaking in to steal everything, and even our own camp is full of pretty women trying to steal my man!
Lie flat? Not a chance! To protect my “lovable idiot” Xiang Yu’s ambitions, and my own life:
I, Yu Miaoyi, head of logistics, improve army rations and manage the household so the King of Chu has no worries at home!
I, Yu Miaoyi, invisible strategist, even have to whisper advice to the stubborn Hegemon-King at key moments, though he ignores me nine times out of ten!
Letting Liu Bang escape at the Feast at Hong Gate? Getting our home base taken at Pengcheng? Planting the seeds of disaster by enfeoffing the lords? Don’t ask. The answer is always, “The Hegemon-King must have his reasons.” I’m crying!
Watch me navigate the battlefield of the Chu-Han struggle, fighting off scheming women, rooting out spies, and soothing the Hegemon-King, all while trying to keep this doomed ship afloat a little longer, and then a little longer still…
Until that night, when the songs of Chu surged like a tide at Gaixia. Firelight reflected in his tired yet still proud double pupils as I touched the zither that had been with us for so many years.
He asked, “Yu, what should we do?”
This time, I didn’t urge him to cross the river.
Believe me, it's really super super super super super... It's so good to watch. The scene between Xiang Yu and Yu Ji in Wujiang was really good to watch and made me cry. There are also the words "I regret not listening to you" between Gai Xia and Wu Jiang. Xiang Yu's words, my family members don't understand. It's been a long time. I didn't cry while watching it, but I cried several times. In the last chapter, the scene where the old woman and the child went to the General's Tree made me want to cry and laugh at the same time, especially the part where the tiger's head hallucinated Yu Ji angrily scolded Xiang Yu for messing up the ledger. I really hope they are fine. Although the ending of history has not changed and I still want to cry😭, it is [really worth watching]. It may make you a little sad after watching it, but it would really be a pity not to watch it. (The above is just my personal opinion)
The author's writing is very good. [Love] The writing style is very good. The last few pictures are really shocking. It's really refreshing to read.
