Apocalypse RV: From the Start, It's All About Running

When the zombie virus broke out, Lin Wei was in the operating room, fighting to save a patient. Gripping her bloodstained scalpel, she unexpectedly awakened the medical inheritance hidden in her ancestral space. After escaping the hospital, an old RV became her temporary shelter. To her surprise, this unassuming RV could be upgraded without limit: from a bare-bones mobile clinic to an armored fortress equipped with a sterile operating room. She saved a dying special forces captain, who became her personal bodyguard; picked up a genius mechanic girl, giving the RV a state-of-the-art defense system; and took in a down-and-out botanist, building the only herb garden in the wasteland inside the vehicle. While the major bases fight tooth and nail over scarce medical resources, Lin Wei's RV becomes a mobile ark of salvation. 'Want treatment? Pay in crystals.' She smiles, scalpel in hand. 'Or... let me dissect a new type of zombie?'
