To rate it, I personally feel it's okay now. There's nothing majorly harmful about it. I don't know why some people think that if their future selves travel through time and space to the past, they'll make their current selves green [laughing awkwardly].
The subject matter of this book is relatively unpopular, but I found it quite interesting. Of course, try to empty your mind when watching, and don't worry about whether there is something or not. Also, the protagonist's character doesn't look like a good person (this is a compliment), he has no moral constraints, and he is relatively straightforward (just use vanilla [think])
As long as you don't worry about morality or good and evil and don't worry about it, it should be quite comfortable.
