Coordinates Sent to Heaven

The story begins with Chen Mo struggling to defy his mother's wishes and travel to Changchun to study. Amid the labyrinth of code in his software engineering course, news of his mother's death arrives like a severed signal, casting him into an abyss of regret. When he salvages her long-forgotten Basic notebook from the ruins, the naive wish scrawled on its yellowed pages, "I hope the light from a computer is as warm as the sun," unexpectedly becomes the source code for rebuilding his sense of purpose. From an algorithm for a virtual "Dome of Light" to the design of a real church-run nursing home, Chen Mo fuses his mother's unrealized architectural dream with his own programming ambitions, forging a warm bond that transcends life and death. He uses code to simulate the tactile sensation of sunlight and architecture to capture the real path of the sun, making technology a vessel for his mother's love.
