Jiang Mingdong, a student from a poor family, started out as a substation maintenance worker. He repaired the power grid with his bare hands in a -35°C blizzard, guarding the city's brightness with his own flesh and blood.
He stood on the world's tallest UHV tower and declared:
"The name of a worker is not a title, it is a belief that is engraved in the bones and blood - no matter how high the position is, the foundation will always be deep in the soil!"
A passionate masterpiece that combines industrial epics and interprets the ironclad spirit of "in the name of workers".
