When I first started writing this book, I actually didn't have much emotion about the characterization and setting of the characters. I just created it step by step and in a regular manner. After writing the overall outline, I went back and revised it, and I began to feel the vitality of the characters.
A Wei and Xiao Jue are both burdened with great pain but are deeply trying to redeem each other. They have never truly felt the beauty of family affection. Sometimes in this life, when I eat the food cooked by my mother and receive the encouragement from my father, I will suddenly think of them in the parallel world.
They had a brief period of happiness from the moment they were born. Awei had the true love and care of his brother. Before his biological mother passed away, he also had a happy family. Xiao Jue was the most favored little prince before his family was destroyed. He was talented and intelligent.
After various accidents happened, they fell into pain for the first half of their lives. Awei lost the protection of her mother and brother. She was in trouble every day from her stepmother. She was obviously the legitimate daughter of the Hou family, but she lived a life full of calculations.
