Journey to the West: I Expand My Territory Along the Pilgrimage Road

[Reborn as a frontier garrison officer, I turn Journey to the West into a campaign of territorial expansion!]

In the thirteenth year of Zhenguan, Tang Chengye, a young man from Earth, transmigrates as a junior officer at the frontier. He is itching to make his mark through military achievements, but gets saddled with a bizarre mission: escort a monk out of the pass with 800 cavalrymen!

It isn't until he meets the monk, whose Buddhist name is Xuanzang, that he suddenly realizes: this isn't an ordinary Tang dynasty, it's the world of Journey to the West!

Well, with monsters and demons everywhere, it would be a waste not to grab a big haul while he can!

But who could have guessed that a little trouble at Two Realms Mountain and Eagle Sorrow Ravine would earn him the enmity of Buddhism?

The Buddhists want to make things difficult for him? Do they really think he's an easy target?

With the System at his side, what does he have to fear?

From then on, any who block his path die: kingdoms destroyed, demons slaughtered, Buddhas slain!

Years later, Southern Jambudvipa and the Western Ox Continent have both become part of Tang territory.

After enduring countless hardships, Tang Sanzang finally reaches Spirit Mountain. He raises the sutras and looks up, only to see Tang Chengye seated high above him. He freezes in shock...

How did Spirit Mountain become Tang territory?!
