Time-Traveling to the Qing Dynasty: Ancestor Yinreng, I'm Here

Qing Dynasty setting + little one (a real child) + ghost + redemption + infrastructure building

5438 is the most outstanding System in the Main God’s system, but other Systems have always mocked it over its number. So it resolves to ask the Main God for a new one. Shengsheng is the last descendant of Aisin-Gioro Yinreng’s line. She refuses to be reincarnated because she doesn’t want to be separated from her grandmother. The Main God brings the two of them together and promises that if they can change Yinreng’s fate, both the girl and the System can have their dreams come true. And so they set off...

Then, at some point, everyone notices that their perfect Crown Prince has suddenly changed.

Kangxi:

He’s worried sick. The Crown Prince is perfect in every way, except he refuses to wean himself. Kangxi frets as he cleans up Yinreng’s messes.

The ministers: Ah! Exactly! If only Your Majesty’s grin weren’t so wide, we might believe you!

The ministers’ dark circles:

The Crown Prince wants to reform the army. He needs people!

The Crown Prince wants to lift the maritime ban. He needs people!

The Crown Prince wants to overhaul agriculture too. He needs people! Your Highness, please stop pushing us so hard. We can’t keep up!

The princes:

“Crown Prince, you’re amazing. This is all it takes?” Yinrengqi holds the reform approval document in his hands, stunned.

“Second Brother, you’re amazing! I want to work with you!” Yin Zhi excitedly clutches the new toy Yinreng gave him.

“Fourth Brother, I know you’re going to the Ministry of Revenue. Here, take this.” Yin Zhen stares at the land reform plan in his hands, frozen in place. He hasn’t even said a word yet.

Watching everyone bustle about, Yinreng nods in satisfaction.

Good. Get to work!

As long as you don’t drop dead, work yourselves to the bone!
