Reality begins to collapse.
- Strange inscriptions appear in the iris of his left eye, while flesh-like blood vessels sprout across the white;
- Unfamiliar handwriting appears on its own in his study notes, recording the lost “Scripture of the Thousand-Eyed Sacrifice”;
- Reflections in every mirror gradually slip out of his control.
The final letter of Su Wanrong, the only survivor back then, reads: “A mirror is no mirror, a door is no door. A thousand eyes watch you, and you are the person in the mirror.”
