Bright as the Moon by the Abyss

Shen Zhao’s perspective:

In her previous life, she approached the aloof genius Jiang Lin on a reckless bet, only for their fake romance to become real. Jiang Lin’s perspective:

But after Shen Zhao was reborn, she became the guardian of his fate. She quietly gave everything to help clear his father’s name, and the two of them walked through their youth side by side. Eight years later, they reunite, and he becomes the star lawyer defending her in the plagiarism case.

The moment he wins, he “changes the terms” in court: “My ‘case’ is closed. In my capacity as Jiang Lin, I now submit a ‘petition’ concerning the rest of my life: please become my wife. The evidence is conclusive. I request an immediate ruling and enforcement!” She agrees through tears. After they marry, he wakes from a high fever and finally sees the whole truth: in their previous life, she withered away for him; in this life, she was reborn for him.
