The eighth thunderous ring of the Entropy Jade: the universe is on the brink of being reset to zero! Cang Ming, Ying Huo, and Old Drunkard, three “Observers,” are swept into nine parallel universes and plunged into a breathtaking “battle to elevate consciousness”!
Cang Ming has an Entropy Jade embedded in his right eye, allowing him to glimpse fragments of the future across parallel timelines. Once a priest serving a tyrant of the Zhou Dynasty, he now travels between bronze coffins and mechanical temples, searching for the key to preventing the universe’s destruction. Ying Huo possesses the bloodline of the Mysterious Zhou, which lets him halt time, but overusing his power has brought him to the brink of divine corruption. The two once crossed swords on a battlefield in a hostile universe, but a flash of Azure Phoenix fire in a mass grave awakened their buried memories. Old Drunkard carries the memories of a Mohist master within the core of his mechanical armor. In the Mysterious Zhou universe, he uncovers the truth: human consciousness is being farmed, and our thoughts are actually “batteries” for higher-dimensional gods!
When the trio gathers all nine fragments of the Entropy Jade, they discover that the “battle to elevate dimensions” is itself a conspiracy hatched in a higher dimension. The Nine Tripod Star Track, an ancient experimental ground where the Zhou royal house and the gods of Mysterious Zhou signed an agreement to “farm consciousness,” is driving every civilization in the universe toward its end.
