Three Generations of Distinguished Service in My Family, Yet I Was Rejected from the College Entrance Exam Three Times

My family has earned military honors for three generations, yet I was turned away by the college entrance exam proctors for three years in a row.

For my first exam, I was neatly dressed and passed the security check without a problem.

But just as I was about to enter the exam room, the proctor glanced at my admission ticket and hurriedly stopped me.

I thought there was a problem with my ticket.

For my second exam, I printed my admission ticket online according to the national standards.

But after looking at it, the proctor still turned me away.

By the time I sat the exam for the third time, I'd changed my name and moved to another city.

When I saw that one of the proctors was an elementary school teacher who'd taught me, I thought I was finally in the clear.

He was smiling and encouraging me to do my best one second, but the moment he saw my admission ticket, his expression changed.

After mercilessly stopping me at the entrance, he told me with absolute certainty that no matter how many times I took the exam, I would never be allowed inside.

I couldn't understand what was wrong with my admission ticket.

Why was I still refused entry by every proctor who saw my ticket, even though I'd passed the security gate and facial recognition?
