The overall plot and image are okay. The dialogue has a Japanese-y feel... The heroine's identity as a biological creature finally breaks the rules. It is indeed unusual to base the conflict point of this plot line on gene editing, but sometimes I find it objectionable to some of the ideas written in it.
CP has seen three couples so far. I haven't seen the main plot of rivals turning into lovers. I don't know if they will continue to become enemies. The forced love line between the male protagonist's friends is a bit legal... I still say the character creation is quite good, but it is difficult to understand why the female protagonist can't push away the male protagonist since she is so powerful in combat. The relationship between the two really has a strong Japanese flavor.
