[No transmigration + no System + not reborn + Eastern fantasy]
After an accident, a man named Zhong Ming somehow became “max level” overnight. But he has no idea. There’s no instruction manual, no System alert. He has to test his limits little by little through real encounters in the primordial world. Every brush with death unlocks something new.
A special note:
I’m a fan of a certain famous author. This novel is my tribute to his classic science-fiction epic. My work enters into a creative dialogue with that great story across three broad dimensions.
The first dimension: a dialogue between worldbuilding concepts.
The Witch and Demon clans were extraterrestrial civilizations that descended in ancient times, and the “Golden Cores” they cultivated were controlled nuclear fusion. The Celestial Palace and the Underworld were energy converters they built. Later, when the solar system’s energy went out of control, Nuwa used the remnants of these devices to mend the sky. She created all the beasts and creatures in imitation of the Witch and Demon clans. That is why other life forms cannot cultivate. Humanity was the only test subject to escape this creation experiment. The extraterrestrial civilization first tried to make contact with all of humanity. But languages change, and civilizations disappear. A thousand years later, only China’s pictographic script had remained stable, which is why they spoke only with China.
The second dimension: a story nested within a story.
His book contains three fairy tales. In my novel, the entire body of Chinese mythology receives a science-fiction interpretation. Using the logic of science fiction, I piece together scattered fragments of myth from across thousands of years and reassemble them into a complete, self-consistent cosmic narrative.
The third dimension is being kept under wraps for now.
When Zhong Ming finally reaches that position, an even greater cosmic mystery emerges…
Let's not talk about anything else, I was shocked by these adaptations of the stories of Pangu, Fuxi and Nuwa. This can completely open a new book on its own! It's really exciting! It turns out that this is how the Heavenly Palace and the Underworld came to be. It turns out that this is how Nuwa created humans and Nuwa mended the sky. It turns out that this is how it is... This should be a revealing and alternative invincible and oriental fantasy book. It would be a bit disadvantageous to put it in science fiction!!!
The unique Chinese civilization Zhong Ming thought thoughtfully: "Continuity, stability..." Elder Feng glanced at Zhong Ming, who was deep in thought, and spoke again: "It's very simple. I'll ask you a question and you'll understand. In addition to the Chinese nation, do you know which other races and ethnic groups still recognize their language and writing several centuries ago? According to you, that is the language and writing thousands of years ago. Hey, not to mention thousands of years, just hundreds of years." After listening to Elder Feng's words, Zhong Ming suddenly realized: "So that's it, Chinese civilization is really unique!" The above is some content that I copied from Chapter 30 "The Unique Chinese Civilization", which attracted me to start reading from the first chapter. Yes, I was tempted from this point alone. Really good! Five-star praise!!! Also, in the following chapters, the adaptation of Chinese myths and legends is even more exciting. Why is Pangu so powerful, Fuxi's achievements and legends, and the legend of Nuwa are even more exciting.
I have to work hard with myself!!! Thank you for your attention and support 😠 😠 😠
