Building Infrastructure in the Apocalypse to Retire Early

(Apocalypse + Infrastructure + System + Power Fantasy + No Romance) Qin Zhi only wants to finish her last mission in the apocalypse as soon as possible and retire in style.

They said the mission would be easy: lie back, earn money, and build infrastructure. But from the start, she's dropped right in the middle of a desert where there isn't a single zombie in sight. What gives?

Luckily, Qin Zhi has plenty of supplies. Whether it's a deserted wasteland, a horde of zombies, or an isolated island full of mutant plants and animals, people will be lining up to buy from her.

Once Qin Zhi has money in hand, she builds homes, hospitals, schools, and anything else she can think of.
