"Mastering the Vocabulary for the Postgraduate Entrance Examination in Ten Days, Portable Edition" is a vocabulary tutorial book for the Postgraduate Entrance Examination that introduces Ebbinghaus's memory rules into word memorization. This book is jointly created by Wang Jiangtao and Liu Wentao, New Oriental's first-line English teachers for the postgraduate entrance examination, and is designed to help candidates quickly break through the English vocabulary for the postgraduate entrance examination in a short period of time. This book selects the syllabus vocabulary and super-outline vocabulary that appear in the postgraduate examination papers, and includes the test point combinations and important usages of the vocabulary in the past papers. The third edition is based on the latest two years of postgraduate entrance examination English test papers, adding about 500 key words for the postgraduate entrance examination, updating the definitions of some words, and adding a number of combinations of test points from the real test papers. The book is divided into 20 Lists. The core words for the postgraduate entrance examination are divided into about 400 five-star words (List 1-2), 900 four-star words (List 3-6) and 3,300 three-star words (List 7-20) according to the importance of the vocabulary to help candidates clarify the key points of recitation.
