Dream of the Red Chamber: Killing Feng Yuan Sends Xue to the Top

I wake up to find I've transmigrated into Dream of the Red Chamber as the notorious Xue the Elder, the man who beat someone to death?

I hear I throw my weight around, live a life of wine and women, and never apply myself to anything?

Wrong! That was the old Xue Pan. The new me is a fine young man of the modern age, committed to the Five Virtues, Four Beauties, and Three Loves!

What's the Jia family to me? I'll punch Wang Xifeng, kick Jia Zhen and Jia Rong, and whisk Qin Keqing away while I'm at it!

Watch me turn Xue Pan, Jinling's number-one hooligan, into a legendary figure, one step at a time!

I can take down crooked merchants and protect the one I love.

Once a wastrel, now a man on the straight and narrow.

Behold this new life:

My fate is mine to command, not Heaven's!
