The first thing that happened after I transmigrated to the pirate world: a crab pinched me until I cried.
That crappy System golden finger of mine was called “Absolute Resilience.” In plain English, it meant “the more you get beaten up, the tougher you get.”
To survive, I decided to go looking for a beating, only to run into the violent, older woman Emilia, who was hunting pirates.
“Suspicious punching bag! Take this!”
She punched out all my ribs in three blows, but when she saw me get back up, her eyes lit up.
“I've never seen a man who can take a beating like you!”
And so I gained a boss who hit like a truck, along with a purse that was always bulging with money.
Later, during the Battle of God Valley, I took the fatal blow meant for Roger from Rocks, and my whole body exploded into a cloud of blood.
Three days later, I had recovered completely, to the Marines' horror. Emilia, however, hoisted me over her shoulder in front of everyone and ran.
“Cousin Garp, my punching bag can't die. There's no need to treat him!”
Roger covered his face. “Did you just steal the comic relief from our crew?”
