Su Qingwu was born as a concubine in Zhongyong's house. He failed in the imperial examinations many times. In order to replace the children of the clan, he went to the border to fight on the battlefield. After many years of life-and-death struggle, he finally made great achievements. Later, he married Dan Ju, the female servant of the third girl of the Sheng family, and had a full house of children and grandchildren. Later, Danju died first, and he never married again in his life. In his later years, due to old age, he was discharged and returned to the fields to work as a farmer outside Peach Blossom Village in Kyoto. When he felt that he was about to die, he came to Danju's tomb, leaned in front of his monument, and fell asleep. Many years later, there were storytellers who said that Su Qingwu, the concubine of the Su family, had made great achievements in Bianting, and later married a female envoy, but never married her. The couple played harmoniously, and were finally buried together. There are two trees in front of the tomb, one is a parasol tree, which is extremely tall, and the other is an orange tree, which is very sweet. Its branches and leaves are actually connected together and are difficult to separate. Some good scholars named it "Lianli Branch."
