Don’t Mess with Sister Bing

[Strong heroine + rise from the bottom + outsmarting warlords + ensemble of women + survival against all odds + fiery revenge]

In the Seventh District, a wasteland ravaged by nuclear war, the land lies in ruins, species have mutated, food is scarce, resources are stretched thin, and chaos reigns. The people at the bottom face unprecedented challenges just to survive. Xiao Bing starts out as a lamb awaiting slaughter in a slave camp, but gradually transforms into “Sister Bing,” a woman feared by the warlords.

Together with her sisters, she uses poisonous plant juice to knock out guards, brews antibiotics with crude methods to treat the wounded, and establishes a clinic in the underground city while recruiting allies. On the surface, she's a doctor who saves lives. In truth, she's a avenger keeping her claws hidden. When the Red Flame Army burns her home to the ground and the Guo Family Army tries to use refugees as pawns, she leads the Alliance of Hope in a desperate fight to survive between the warlords, stealing supplies, selling information, and even confronting them head-on. For revenge, and for countless lives, she grips her weapon tightly. On this desolate land, she will forge a legend of her own.
