The Frail Catgirl Isn’t Weak at All

[Transformation | Gender Swap | Male-to-Female Romance | Urban Fantasy | Lighthearted]

The most outrageous morning of Lin Lan's life begins when she wakes up shrunk to 1.4 meters tall, with a pair of cat ears, a tail, and a "meow" at the end of every sentence.

By the time she fully accepts her powers and awakens all ten elements--metal, wood, water, fire, earth, wind, lightning, ice, light, and darkness--the switch that would "turn her back" has shut off too. The only catgirl in the world who has truly transformed is the strongest, and she'll never be able to go back.

But the looks from the people around her are getting stranger and stranger.

Her best friend Tan Yao goes from "Bro, what happened to you?" to "Don't get so close." Her biological parents were researchers who willingly locked themselves in an underground laboratory for two years. Even Beibei, the orange cat from the street, has long since switched sides from Tan Yao to her, stubbornly refusing to leave her lap.

From fumbling through everyday life as a catgirl, to hiding her tail beneath a cosplayer persona while livestreaming, to gradually embracing the warmth tucked into ordinary days--

Lin Lan just can't figure it out:

"I've ended up like this and can't go back, so why are all of your looks getting stranger and stranger, meow?!"
