Born with twin Light and Dark martial souls, the Sword of Holy Judgment and the Devouring of Eternal Night, Qian Yao is forged into a formidable warrior through hellish training under the ruthless tutelage of Pope Bibi Dong. He serves Spirit Hall's ideal of establishing “eternal order” and becomes its blade of judgment. In the final of the Continental Elite Tournament, when Tang San gravely wounds Xie Yue, Qian Yao descends in a blaze of holy light, bearing a hundred-thousand-year soul ring, and severs the Eight Spider Lances with one strike, leaving the whole arena stunned!
He will lead Spirit Hall against Shrek and the Upper Three Sects, becoming embroiled in a war that engulfs the continent. Yet the clash of light and darkness within him, the rift between ideals and reality, and his dangerous bond with Bibi Dong continually test his soul: will he become the perfect instrument of judgment, or break free of his shackles and choose his own path?
This is the dark heroic epic of Spirit Hall's Sacred Son, wielding light and darkness and stirring up a storm across the land!
