The Flirtatious Beauty Is Actually Treating Me as a Stand-In

Ke Qi x Liu Shengru

Ke Qi is suspended from work, so she goes on a trip with her best friend to clear her head. But at a bar, she falls in love at first sight with a beautiful woman.

At first, Ke Qi says, "Love at first sight is just being attracted to someone's looks."

Later, Ke Qi says, "Fine, I was attracted to her looks. So what? She's my wife now."

Ke Qi carries Liu Shengru up the mountain on her back.

Liu Shengru touches her ear and says in surprise, "Your ear is so hot. My hand happens to be cold, so let me cool you down."

Ke Qi can only feel her ear turning even redder under Liu Shengru's touch, completely betraying her.

Just as she thinks Liu Shengru might like her too, she accidentally uncovers a secret: it turns out she looks so much like Liu Shengru's ex-girlfriend.

After Ke Qi realizes she's a substitute, she goes to Liu Shengru's house that very night. She roughly takes Liu Shengru's hand and presses it to her face, which turns red despite her best efforts.

With red eyes and a slightly choked voice, she says, "Look at my face. Doesn't it look just like your ex-girlfriend's? I like you so much, and you treat me like a substitute."

Liu Shengru is just about to speak when Ke Qi firmly covers her lips.
