The Eternal Starry Sky: A Record of Proving the Dao at the Origin

Natural Body Arts

Beneath the vast mortal world,

I cultivate a childlike, sincere heart.

Tempered through countless trials,

I forge an immaculate body.

Taking from nature,

I give back to nature.

When my cultivation is complete, I become a true ordinary person.

The first steps of cultivation:

From nothing, something is born.

From something, all things take shape.

I attain the Dao of being and nonbeing,

free and unrestrained.

Peng

Beneath the vast mortal world,

I cultivate a childlike, sincere heart.

Tempered through countless trials,

I forge an immaculate body.

Lying dormant as a Kun, I roam the deepest depths.

Spreading my wings as a Peng, I soar through the highest heavens.

I raise my head and laugh at the sky,

then fly ten thousand miles.

The whole world is mine to roam freely.

Origin

With my six senses, I perceive nature.

With the cosmos, I meditate on the Great Dao.

I understand the laws governing the changes of the stars,

and comprehend the rules of the natural world.

I grasp the Dao, and chaos gives birth to all things.

At last, the origin point appears, and the universe takes shape.
