After fifteen days of all-consuming entanglement in Iceland, Shen Xingyue walked away as soon as they returned home, refusing to even leave him her contact information.

The day they met again, she looked down at him and said, “For sale? Name your price.”

Pei Yan's eyes darkened. His smile was cold and thin. “Miss Shen, are you very rich? Too bad. I'm not for sale.”

When they met again, the man turned the tables. Tapping a share transfer agreement with his fingertips, he spoke in a lazy yet domineering voice:

“Sleep with me once, and I'll transfer one percent of the shares to you.”

Shen Xingyue flew into a rage. “Pei Yan, go to hell!”

It wasn't until she had nowhere else to turn that she lowered her head and begged him, her eyes red.

The man leaned in, a low, husky laugh rumbling in his throat.

“Wouldn't it have been easier if you'd done that from the start?”
