Lv Ziqiao Sang 'Love You Even If I Die,' and the Whole Internet Cracked Up

After leaving Love Apartment, Lü Ziqiao goes back to his wandering lifestyle.

One day, he fills in for an absent band and takes the stage to save the show.

At the same time, the gears of fate begin to turn.

Lü Ziqiao: “Here's ‘I'd Rather Die Than Not Love’ for everyone. Can't sing? Who cares? Just have a good time!”

Before the performance, the audience says, “What a load of trash. Get off the stage!”

“Singing ‘I'd Rather Die Than Not Love’? Who do you think you are, thinking you're worthy of that song?”

During the performance, the audience says, “Hahaha, I'm dying. He looks like he's giving it his all, but he sounds absolutely awful!”

“This is so awkward, my toes are curling!”

After the performance, the audience says, “That was incredible! No in-ear monitors, no lip-syncing, and he didn't shy away from the high notes. Still sounded awful, though!”

“No technique, just emotion!”

“I wish I could sing like that shamelessly just once!”

“I'm sorry, Lü Ziqiao. I take it all back!”

“Lü Ziqiao, I love you!”

The next day.

The famous music critic Ding Dasheng says, “No, all you saw was his comedy. I'm the only one who heard the bold, majestic sound of a mighty song, the music of the glorious Han and Tang dynasties!”

Rock godfather Cui Jian says, “Chinese rock has a bright future!”

Famous investor Shen Linfeng says, “That's right, he's the tough-guy idol I've been looking for. I'm sure I can make him the next big star!”
