After returning from the apocalypse, Naruto Uzumaki begins his second life:
He takes control of the reformed Gato Shipping Group to build up funds for his plans;
Drawing on the remnants of the Will of the Ninja World, he develops sealing techniques and creates an inner world, while also devising combat arts based on sealing techniques. He establishes martial arts, swordsmanship, and sage arts, and does everything he can to increase his own strength.
He forms a peacekeeping organization and trains talent. Within his inner world, he focuses on nurturing promising candidates such as the Twelve Rookie Ninja. Outside the village, he secretly recruits and rigorously trains talented people.
He gradually takes power away from the daimyo, establishes an immortal ninja nation ruled by a dynasty, vigorously develops technology, promotes cultivation systems such as the immortal path, and strengthens the ninja nation. In the end, he brings the entire ninja world under one rule.
In the final battle, Naruto uses the power of the two worlds, within and beyond himself, to defeat the God of the Otsutsuki and the Otsutsuki clan.
