After Honesty Day, the world turned upside down. A global phenomenon called the "Law of Truth" suddenly comes, forcing everyone to tell the truth. Any form of lies - whether well-intentioned, malicious, or even just polite words - will immediately cause severe physical pain and unconcealable "Truth Marks" (such as skin discoloration, distorted voice), leaving the liar with nowhere to hide. After a brief period of chaos, society quickly adapted to and relied on this "absolute honesty": legal trials were instantly clear, business fraud disappeared, and interpersonal relationships became naked and cruel.
However, Lin Mo is an exception. This ordinary little clerk found himself unscathed when the "Law of Mantra" came into effect and said "the weather is really nice today" (it was actually a rainy day). He became the only "twilight zone" in this transparent world, the only person who could lie. This ability is not a blessing, but a hanging sword.
