(Western fantasy urban setting, avatar-based, behind-the-scenes scheming, no convoluted plot twists, easy-to-remember names, takes off after chapter 30)
Luen transmigrated into a steampunk world.
He had mixed feelings.
Two things awaited him: one bad and one good.
The bad news was that he had been arrested.
The good news was that just after Luen was thrown in prison, he awakened an ability to “create avatars in the real world.” Each avatar had a unique identity and its own main quest.
A world-famous superhero, a ninja infiltrating a band of thieves, a mystery novelist skilled at crime... Could all these characters really be avatars he had created himself?
From then on, Luen stayed behind the scenes, directing his avatars as they maneuvered among superheroes and criminal organizations, gradually weaving a web of intrigue that spanned the empire.
Many years later, however, when Luen escaped from prison and looked at the fully leveled avatars before him, he was astonished to realize:
“So I’m the final boss!”
It's pretty good, I'd like to ask if there's a female lead. And will the character controlled by the protagonist have an ambiguous relationship?
I said it looked familiar, 😂 It turned out that I had seen something similar before, so the author should work hard to make more updates.
