[ABO, male-male leads, Omega-to-Enigma, fated bond, younger love interest, redemption]
An Enigma with no glands × an Alpha burdened with countless crimes
Who could have imagined that Shen Yanzhi, an orphan with no connections, would become the youngest commander in District Thirteen at just sixteen?
He personally shot and killed his senior’s husband. His senior was branded a traitor’s widow and met a tragic end in her thirties.
She left behind a child named Xu Zhaonian.
“Shen Yanzhi.”
Xu Zhaonian held a crystal-colored candy between his teeth and leaned close to Shen Yanzhi’s lips. “I like you.”
That fierce, burning confession set Shen Yanzhi’s heart ablaze.
But what right did he have to tell Xu Zhaonian he liked him?
*
For as long as he could remember, Xu Zhaonian had had no glands. He had always depended on Shen Yanzhi, the two of them relying on each other to survive.
He remembered a shopping mall bombing ten years ago that killed his parents.
He was the sole survivor.
Without glands, he was “half-crippled.” He could never form a deep emotional bond with an Alpha.
He could not even retain a scent.
That was why he could never fall in love with Shen Yanzhi.
“Are you doing this to atone for your sins?”
[A stiff, stubborn commander needs someone who loves him deeply.]
A monogamous 1v1 romance, happy ending
