In a shattered land known as the Myriad Realms, the sky is made of the frozen remains of the Machine Gods, and rivers of rust flow across the earth. This place was no natural creation, but a refuge forcibly “woven” by the Machine God race from their own bones and the last of their power before their civilization perished. Yet the world itself is crumbling. “World Rust” is an incurable wound, eating away at everything. The surviving beings struggle to stay alive, drawing on the “Source Essence” energy leaking from the remnants of civilization to pursue three vastly different paths to transcendence: the Mechanists, who forge power through machinery; the Chakra Warriors, who reshape themselves with Source Essence; and the Law Commanders, who program the laws of reality. This is the Way of the Machine Core.
