Lightning tore through the veil of death, and green eyes snapped open in the darkness of a cupboard.
A brand burned into his arm, cold to the bone, announcing the double deaths of Harry Potter, the Savior, and his nemesis, Draco Malfoy, as well as… a rebirth that defied time.
When the smoke of battle cleared, their souls fell back to the starting point at age eleven:
Harry returned with a soul exhausted by war and a mysterious brand on his left arm. He only wanted to protect everything he held dear, but discovered that the script of fate had already gone off course: Parseltongue frightening Peeves away? A crisis of trust among the Golden Trio? The Triwizard Tournament returning? And… a life quietly conceived in his belly because of a potion mix-up, belonging to some platinum-haired bastard? Merlin’s lacy knickers! He’d rather fight Voldemort again!
Draco awoke at Malfoy Manor, the scorching mark of the Killing Curse he had blocked still on his palm. Beneath his arrogant mask was the desperate scream of someone who had watched green light swallow the one he loved (?) in his previous life. This time, he swore to bury his restraint deep in his platinum bones and pave a path of secret protection with cunning and deceit, even if the whole world hated him, including that thick-headed Savior whose emotional intelligence rivaled a Mandrake root!
At the Wizengamot trial, the pregnant husband shields his partner: “He gave up his life for me twice!” Hermione flings off her Invisibility Cloak: “Merlin’s wool socks! Can’t you see he loves you more messily than Neville’s Potions essay?!”
The married Drarry couple returns to Hogwarts, where “teaching exchanges” between the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor and the Quidditch coach spark with chemistry. Their “Potter-Malfoy” couple’s Firebolt 2020 sweeps the pitch, while the silver stag and platinum dragon Patronuses dance together in an embrace. The little Hufflepuffs cover their eyes and wail: “Professors! Have some consideration for us single folk!”
I don't like it very much. The journey back in time and the process of Draco and Harry making up lies is quite interesting. But my Slytherin-style friendship, I feel that Draco has no friends who call Pansy directly. Blaise is also close to Pansy and has no friends at all. Pansy's record of Draco is like a complete stranger. The timeline is confusing. There is no Lockhart in the first year. Astoria is also in the first year before them. Daphne is in the same year. Lucius is also in the second year and takes Draco to Knockturn Alley. I feel like the whole text is trying to create an atmosphere of reasoning and suspense but it's a bit pretentious. Maybe I didn't understand it, but it just feels a bit pretentious but I don't pretend to understand. There are three chapters left and I really don't know how they will end.
It's really super pretty!!! It fits the character so well 😢
