Transmigrating to Farm Through the Famine

Tomato Original Transmigration Space Farming

Luo Mei, a 21st-century armed police officer, is in a car accident and transmigrates with her spatial dimension to a remote mountain village in ancient times.

Her family has nothing but bare walls and not enough to eat. Seeing her family and fellow villagers looking gaunt and malnourished, she secretly vows to lead them to prosperity and a life of plenty. Drawing on the unyielding character she forged in the military, she has also trained herself to be a formidable fighter.

Using modern knowledge and medical skills, she ventures alone into the fearsome Woling Ridge during a famine, digging for ginseng and fighting tigers and wolves. Later, she leads the villagers through treacherous mountains to dig up yams, potatoes, and kudzu roots, then make starch noodles and vermicelli. When chaos engulfs the land, she leads them into the depths of the mountains to hide among the wild beasts. She shelters her fellow villagers from the elements and brings every one of them safely out of the mountains. Her arrival changes the fate of the entire village. The crops she grows with modern knowledge are presented to the imperial court, saving the entire Yan Kingdom.
