My Childhood Friend Fell for Someone, So I Decided to Step Aside

(A school romance. Content warning: The male lead and the second female lead dated briefly for four months. After starting college, the heroine dates the second male lead. There is no “male lead” in the usual sense, so please don’t read if that bothers you.)

When the bonds of youth become a source of pain, perhaps leaving is for the best. But why, after Cheng Yi started dating someone new, did Gu Shaohui regret it?
