In his previous life, Xu Tian was the foremost figure of the righteous path in the Immortal Realm. Yet his own sworn brother and beloved wife joined forces to betray him, and he fell with hatred in his heart. A fragment of his soul fled to the mortal realm, to the Tianyuan Continent, where he was reborn with his memories intact. In this life, he swears to fight his way back to the Immortal Realm and repay every blood debt!
The Tianyuan Continent is dotted with sects, with the Sword Sect and the Xuantian Sect holding power over all. But the rise of a mysterious young man turns everything upside down. Xu Tian casts off the shackles of his former righteous path, falls into demonic ways, and severs all ties of love and desire, proving his Dao through slaughter. Cultivating both Buddhist and demonic arts, with a heart cold as iron, he sends all who stand in his way to their deaths beneath his sword!
From a lowly mortal to the Supreme Demon Lord, Xu Tian advances with careful steps, slaying prodigies, destroying sects, and refining gods and demons. He turns the mortal realm into a game board and lays a trap to kill immortals. In this life, he will bathe his betrayers in blood beneath the highest heavens and make the Immortal Realm tremble beneath his feet!
"If the heavens have forsaken me, then I shall slaughter every immortal and butcher every god!"
(Demonic path rivalry, satisfying revenge, decisive slaughter, no female lead)
