The Long Winter Has Come

In the height of summer in 2025, temperatures in Qing City plunged to minus thirty degrees.

Chen Mo, an unemployed shut-in, was debating whether to go outside to collect his food delivery when toxic snow began falling beyond the window.

He watched helplessly as the delivery rider died right in front of him.

His mother sent one last text: “The supermarket is crowded. Don’t come out! There’s your dad’s hunting knife under the cabinet...”

Worse still, he discovered that the people who had died were gradually “coming back to life” in the blizzard?!!!

Once too timid to even kill a chicken, he now had to grip his father’s hunting knife and carve a path through this frozen hell.
