To protect the Illusory Spirits from being torn apart by a space-time rift, Chen Mengxing sacrificed herself, her soul splitting and scattering across countless worlds. After losing the one she loved, Song Caiyin stepped into the unknown reaches of time and space in despair. In the first otherworld she visited, she encountered a fragment of Chen Mengxing's soul: a completely new "him" who nevertheless stirred her heart just as deeply. But fate was cruel. She could only watch as this world's Chen Mengxing walked toward his death once more. Bearing the mission of finding all the fragments, Song Caiyin embarked on a lonely journey through countless worlds. She must not only seek out the scattered light of Chen Mengxing, but also bring the displaced Illusory Spirits back to their homeland. This is a quest that crosses the boundaries of life, death, and time, all to piece together the complete you and reunite with you in every world.
