Offering Salted Fish to the Demon Lord

The accursed Demon Venerable is about to be born.

And I am the only person in the prophecy who can hold the Demon Venerable in check.

Only by using my true form as the catalyst and making the Demon Venerable develop a heart of his own can I prevent the catastrophe.

Just as love gave me courage and the mission of redemption was nearing its end,

I discovered that this was a conspiracy that had been unfolding since ancient times.

The Demon Venerable and I were both pawns.
