Eighty years after the destruction of the old world, the survivors of the "80 Years of Purification Calendar" established a broken civilization in the radioactive wasteland. As one of the three major human settlements, Panshi City uses high concrete walls to isolate external pollution. However, there is a huge gap between the rich and the poor within the walls, and the citizens at the bottom rely on moldy "relief food" to survive. The emergence of the Awakened has broken the delicate balance - these special humans who inherit the power of the Five Elements, their initial abilities are only like fireflies (the fire element can only light wet cigarette butts, and the wood element can barely ripen mutated wild vegetables), but they are regarded by all forces as the key to changing the world.
